EU Cloud (SaaS)

Fastest start, lowest operational overhead. Hosted on IONOS Germany. Standard AVV / DPA. The path most customers take.

On-Premises

Docker stack in your data center or private cloud. Full data control, all traffic stays inside your network. Managed by you — or by us via Care.

Your own cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)

We deploy and manage Opero inside your hyperscaler tenant. No new vendor risk, your existing cloud contracts apply, your security policies apply.

Note: OperoStudio is a desktop tool and runs locally on the user device — these deployment models apply to the hosted products (OperoGuide, OperoBot, OperoBoard, OperoOps).

About the suite.

Do we have to buy the whole suite?

No. Each Opero product stands on its own and can be bought standalone. Most customers start with one product where the value is most obvious — and add others later when the case is made.

If you're a Care customer, your package already includes a selection of tools — see the Care page for the full mapping per tier.

Which product do customers usually start with?

It depends on the pain. Customers with users struggling daily in JDE forms usually start with OperoGuide. Customers blind to their own environment health start with OperoOps. Leadership teams that want one place to see the numbers start with OperoBoard. Data teams drowning in F-tables start with OperoStudio.

The exception: OperoBot serves website visitors, not JDE users — so the trigger there is usually marketing or sales, not IT.

Do Opero products talk to each other?

Where it makes sense, yes. OperoOps alerts can feed directly into the Care response workflow. OperoStudio models can become OperoBoard data sources. OperoBot and OperoGuide can share knowledge bases.

None of the products requires another to function — but when two are present, the integration is automatic, not a project.

How is the suite priced?

Each product is priced individually — most as subscriptions, OperoStudio as a one-time perpetual license. The fastest way to a quote is to tell us the situation: environment size, which products fit, whether Care is in scope. We come back with a clean proposal in a few business days. Get in touch.

What about hosting, GDPR, and German requirements?

All Opero products are EU-hosted by default (primary: IONOS Germany) and ship with a single Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) covering the suite. OperoStudio runs entirely on your laptop, so the data never leaves your environment at all.

Three deployment models are supported for the hosted products: EU Cloud (SaaS) on IONOS Germany, On-Premises in your data center or private cloud, or deployment into your own cloud tenant (Azure, AWS, or GCP) where we manage Opero inside your existing hyperscaler contract.

Can we try the suite before committing?

Yes — we run focused pilots per product, typically 4 to 6 weeks. Multiple pilots can run in parallel. The Care path also includes a discovery phase before the contract is signed, so neither side commits to the wrong shape of work. Talk to us to scope.
