The e-invoicing challenge

E‑invoicing is mandatory. In both directions.

In Germany, every business must be able to receive e-invoices since January 2025. Issuing them becomes mandatory from 2027 for companies with more than €800,000 turnover in the previous year, and for all companies from 2028. Across Europe, EN 16931 and Peppol are becoming the standard. JD Edwards has no ready-made answer for XRechnung and ZUGFeRD – FlexInvoice adds it without changing how you work in JDE.

For accounts payable

No more retyping invoices: suppliers, purchase orders and coding come from JDE, the voucher is created there.

For accounts receivable

Invoices from JDE go out in the format each customer needs – checked before they leave.

For IT and compliance

On-premises, JDE security, official validation rules and a full audit trail for every invoice.
Incoming / Check and match

Every invoice validated before anyone touches it.

FlexInvoice reads XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, validates them with the same rules as the German public invoice portals and finds company, supplier and purchase order in JD Edwards.
  • Supplier by VAT id, IBAN, purchase order or name and postcode
  • IBAN checked against the supplier's bank accounts in JDE
  • Purchase order and receipts with tolerances
  • Learns from manual assignments
